Hello Vinted, I have always done my best to sell real products to make people happy for small amounts of money. I made a small mistake for the first time and I am really sorry about that.

I have been very sad for a few days. understand me This is from Pokemon cards not really cards I wanted ok this one then ok remove it from plat from I was still working at the time when I got home I saw that my account was blocked

I saw a lot of people on your website buying fake Pokemon cards, I had bought fake Pokemon cards here on Vinted, ok and once they were not real, could you explain this to me?+ I had not added a brandThis is my first time being blocked.

Different first time being blockedHi everyone, for the first time I accidentally put fake Pokemon cards on vinted, I wanted to delete it, but at times when I wanted to delete it, I got that stretches in a hard way that stretches or I'm just human, permanently block it, I am now done with vinted on this one way I don't need vinted anymore. I have always adhered to the rules, but for the first time I didn't pay close attention to what I put on, so I got this, thank you, really true with others, bye

I'm deeply disappointed by how Vinted treated me. They suddenly closed my account without any solid reasons.

Vinted accused me of selling fake products, but they couldn't prove it. Despite passing their own authenticity checks on previous products sold and receiving validation from other platforms such as Vestiarre Collective, they disregarded my evidence. I take pride in the 100% genuine products I sell, and verified by other reputable platforms.

Vinted's response was inadequate. Instead of a thorough investigation, they asked for more photos, creating the illusion of action.

They eventually claimed my products were fake, without substantiation.

This experience left me feeling insulted, disrespected and let down. Vinted didn't treat me fairly or listen to my side. It's clear they prioritize their rules over fairness to users. I caution others about using Vinted, as they can shut you down without justification.

Furthermore, Vinted struggles to distinguish genuine products from counterfeit ones.

They shut me down despite, yet they allow sellers of confirmed fake products to remain.

Vinted must address these issues to regain trust.

Users deserve a fair and transparent marketplace where authenticity is ensured. Until then, caution is warranted when using Vinted.

I am selling my used/second hand pokemon cards on vinted. I am selling all kinds, also graded cards.

I put the graded cards up for sale as new without price tag. Reason was because I though the casing would be considered new, but the card inside is old or used.

Than I got 17 listings removed. But also some that werent listed as new. So that was already weird.

So I went on and contacted them and got absolutely no help.

I've opened alot of tickets. They all got closed after a automated response telling me why I got blocked. But there was nothing indicating what I actually done wrong. All my listings were removed and I even paid for promotion on some of them.

The one time I actually got help from someone they basicly just said "it is what it is" and we won't change anything.

Again, no help whatoever.

When I will be unblocked I won't know if I can sell my cards again. Now I am just in fear of being permanantly banned of the platform.
